You bought Salesforce because serious companies run on it. Then you spent nights building objects, page layouts, and flows instead of calling sellers. If that sounds familiar, you are probably comparing Salesforce alternatives for real estate investors, or at least asking whether a wholesale pipeline needs that much platform.
I run a wholesale operation, and I built ForesightCRM because my team needed one system for the job: find the filing, skip trace the owner, call or text, and follow up before the auction. Foresight is our product, and it is first on the shortlist below. It is not the right answer for every company.
Salesforce is the deepest platform in this category, and several good investor products run on it. Every competitor price below comes from the vendor's public page as of September 17, 2026, linked where cited. If a vendor does not publish a feature, I write "does not advertise." This is a sourced guide, not a ranking.

From the Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing page, as of September 17, 2026:
| Edition | Per user per month | Billing | Advertised headline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Suite | $25 | Monthly or annually | Lead, account, contact, and opportunity management; email marketing |
| Pro Suite | $100 | Annually | More customization and automation; quoting and forecasting |
| Core | $195 | Annually | Everything in Professional plus Slack and Tableau Next |
| Advanced | $395 | Annually | Enhanced security, more AI, more data capacity |
| Max | $550 | Annually | Full AI suite, including Agentforce and Salesforce Maps |
Two recent changes are worth knowing. On August 1, 2025, Salesforce raised list prices by an average of 6% on Enterprise and Unlimited editions. On September 3, 2026, it replaced those editions with Core, Advanced, and Max for new customers and said existing customers on legacy editions keep their pricing. The pricing page lists Agentforce for Sales from $125 per user per month for Core and above.
For a real estate team, the edition is only the base. The real estate workflow still has to be built on top, which is where investor packages come in.

| Package | Monthly | Upfront | Salesforce licenses | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Left Main REI | $500 Starter (5 users), $1,200 Launch, $2,000 Enterprise (10 users) | $3,000 implementation on Starter; included on Launch and Enterprise | Included in the subscription | DealSignals or DispoSignals from Launch |
| 8020CRM | $447 Solopreneur, $897 Team Lite, $1,497 Pro | $3,500 or $6,500 onboarding; Pro quoted by scope | 1 Enterprise license on Solopreneur, 4 on Team Lite and Pro | 24-month term on Solopreneur and Team Lite, 12 on Pro |
| Niche CRM | $1,000 Niche OS or $300 CRM only, plus $100 per extra user | $3,000 Niche OS or $5,000 CRM only | Billed directly by Salesforce, one per user | Niche OS includes community and 5 counties of Niche Data |
Left Main REI. Left Main is a CRM for real estate investment companies built on Salesforce, and its FAQ says the license is included, so you never buy Salesforce separately. Its pricing page lists dashboards, reports, cadences, and integrated calling, SMS, and mailing on every plan, with 60 hours of professional services on Enterprise. DealSignals watches pre-foreclosure, probate, lis pendens, tax default, eviction, divorce judgments, and more. It is one of the most complete products in this space. Our comparison: Foresight vs Left Main REI.
8020CRM. 8020CRM describes itself as a Salesforce partner offering "a full NATIVE solution including AI Marketing, AI Sales and Experience Clouds." The homepage lists county and MLS data, skip tracing, phone, SMS, direct mail, dispo and listing portals, and financial tracking. Its pricing page publishes its monthly prices, onboarding fees, and terms, and its RAIN OS AI product is $197 per month with a 7-day free trial. Our comparison: Foresight vs 8020CRM.
Niche CRM. Niche CRM is distributed as a Salesforce managed package, and each customer gets its own Salesforce org built for investing. Fresh distressed records for foreclosures, divorces, probate, and surplus funds arrive daily, and campaigns pause on reply. Its pricing page says both plans ship the full platform with "no feature tiers" and "no add-ons," and you plug in your own Twilio, SendGrid, and other accounts so you control costs and data. It is built for investors who want that data, a community, and a Salesforce pipeline together.
When Salesforce is the right call

Salesforce earns its cost when the team is big enough to spread it and someone owns the admin work. Illustrative scene, not a ForesightCRM screenshot.
- You have an admin. Someone on staff or on contract owns fields, flows, and permissions.
- Reporting is a requirement. Leadership wants dashboards across acquisitions, dispositions, and transactions.
- You need custom objects. Your business tracks records a standard investor CRM does not model, like multiple entities or a rental portfolio.
- You already run Salesforce. Other departments live there, and you want one system.
- You want implementation help. A partner builds and trains, and you budget for it.
If most of those are true, Left Main REI, 8020CRM, and Niche CRM are built for you, and our Left Main and 8020CRM comparisons say so.
When to look at Salesforce alternatives for real estate investors
On calls, I hear the same things from operators who left a Salesforce setup. I am not pinning these on any vendor, including the investor packages above. They describe how a platform bill is shaped.
- One operator spent "hours, days" building their Salesforce setup before switching.
- Others described contracts and onboarding fees they had to plan around.
- One summed up their old stack in three words: "everything's an add-on."
Here is what year one looks like from public list prices, as of September 17, 2026. These are different purchases, so read the last column.

| Salesforce Core, 5 users | $11,700 | Licenses only, billed annually, with Slack and Tableau Next |

Shortlist: Salesforce alternatives for real estate investors
1. ForesightCRM
Foresight is built for the outbound wholesale loop, and the pricing page advertises same-day onboarding. Starter is $149 per month with 2 seats, 1 number, 500 calling minutes, 500 SMS, 100 skip trace credits, and 1,000 property data pulls. Every plan includes the pipeline, a power dialer with recording and monitoring, CSV import with dedupe, and SMS and email cadences. Growth is $299 with 5 seats and adds auction and NC upset-bid tracking, AI lead scoring, AI call grading and coaching, the buyer marketplace, and a NicheData sync. Enterprise is $799 with 15 seats and the public API. County data is $75 per county per month.

Real screen: the Foreclosure Intelligence card on a live lead in our own pipeline, with 58 days until auction and fields for the notice date, attorney, and mortgagee.
Texting rules are enforced by the product. Every cold first text carries "Reply STOP to opt out," cadence texts only send 8am to 8pm in the recipient's local time, and cold first texts wait until your own 10DLC registration is approved. When a human texts in a thread, the AI pauses. Plans bill month to month, or yearly at a discount, and a card starts the 14-day trial with nothing charged until it ends.
What Foresight does not advertise: custom objects, a report builder on the level of Salesforce, direct mail, or accounting. If those are the job, stay on Salesforce with an investor package.
2. REsimpli
REsimpli is a wide all-in-one for investors. Its pricing page lists Solo at $249 per month billed yearly ($299 monthly) with 1 user, Team at $699 yearly ($899 monthly) with 5 users, and Business at $1,799 yearly ($2,199 monthly) with 15 users. Every plan lists unlimited calling minutes and SMS under a fair use policy, monthly skip tracing credits, free unlimited onboarding, and a 14-day free trial. AI agent bundles run $499 to $1,099 per month billed yearly.
3. FreedomSoft
FreedomSoft calls itself an all-in-one CRM. Its pricing page lists Start at $197 per month for up to 6 users, Grow at $297 for up to 8, and Scale at $797 with 12 included, or $147, $247, and $597 billed yearly. Every plan lists list building and data, a built-in phone, direct mail, a website builder, and e-signature, with SMS at $0.04 per send or receive. It advertises no long-term commitment and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Who should pick which
Pick another option if...
- You want Salesforce with the license included and a guided implementation (Left Main REI)
- You want a native Salesforce build with portals, AI agents, and published terms (8020CRM)
- You want daily distressed data, a community, and your own Salesforce org (Niche CRM)
- You want a wide all-in-one with unlimited calling and texting under fair use (REsimpli)
- You need 6 or more seats cheaply, plus mail and websites (FreedomSoft)
Pick ForesightCRM if...
- You do not have, or want, a Salesforce admin
- Your deals start with foreclosure filings and auction dates
- You want the dialer, texting, and skip tracing inside the plan
- You want to start this week without an implementation project
- You want month-to-month billing and a 14-day trial
The bottom line
Salesforce is a great platform, and Left Main REI, 8020CRM, and Niche CRM are good ways to run a real estate company on it. If you will use the ceiling, pay for it.
If you will not, the best Salesforce alternatives for real estate investors are the ones that ship the job ready: the list, the owner's phone, the call, the text, and the follow-up before the auction date. REsimpli and FreedomSoft cover more of the back office. ForesightCRM ties county data, skip tracing, the dialer, and texting guardrails to one login.
If that is the business you are building, start the 14-day trial. A card starts it, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and billing is month to month.
