Foresight CRM vs 8020CRM: Salesforce Platform or Foreclosure Engine?

8020CRM puts the full Salesforce stack behind an investor CRM, with onboarding fees to match. Foresight is built for the foreclosure clock. Honest comparison.

TL;DR

As of August 17, 2026, 8020CRM is a Salesforce-native investor CRM from GetReal Solutions with Salesforce licenses included, 200 plus prebuilt reports, AI agents that can call Salesforce Flows mid-call, and published prices of $447, $897, and $1,497 per month plus onboarding fees from $3,500. ForesightCRM starts at $149 with no onboarding fee and is built around the foreclosure clock: auction dates and redemption deadlines, which 8020CRM's public site does not advertise.

8020CRM and Foresight sit at opposite ends of a spectrum that has nothing to do with quality.

They built a Salesforce-native platform with the full stack behind it: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud portals, and an AI layer that can reach into Salesforce Flows during a live call. We built a purpose-made tool for one workflow and priced it so you can start this afternoon.

Both are defensible. Which one is right depends on what you are actually trying to buy.

All pricing below is from public pages as of August 17, 2026: 8020CRM's pricing and ours. Credit where due: they publish their real prices including onboarding fees and contract terms, which plenty of competitors in this category do not.

What Is 8020CRM?

8020CRM, built by GetReal Solutions, is a Salesforce-native CRM for real estate investors. In their words, they are "a Salesforce partner that offers a full NATIVE solution including AI Marketing, AI Sales and Experience Clouds." Plans run $447, $897, and $1,497 per month with Salesforce Enterprise licenses included, plus onboarding fees starting at $3,500.

The platform depth is genuine. They advertise 200 plus prebuilt reports and dashboards on top of Salesforce's native report engine, 250 plus prebuilt process automations, disposition and listing portals built on Experience Cloud, single and bulk skip tracing, a nationwide list builder with county and MLS data, comps, underwriting calculators, DocuSign e-signature, and two-way QuickBooks sync.

Their AI layer, RAIN OS, makes an argument a bolt-on genuinely cannot. From their own documentation: "RAIN OS is the AI agent platform built natively into 8020CRM. It is a Salesforce-native solution, not a third-party integration that bolts on via Zapier or webhooks," and their voice agents "can call your own Salesforce Flows and Apex actions during a live call." If you have ever watched an AI agent fail because it could not see the record, that distinction matters.

What that architecture asks of you is also real. Their own documentation assumes Salesforce System Administrator access for setup tasks. Every CRM tier carries a mandatory onboarding fee. The implementation timeline is not published: per their fulfillment policy, it is "outlined in the implementation agreement contract signed prior to onboarding." And Solopreneur and Team Lite are listed as valid for 24 months, though notably their most expensive tier, Pro, is the shortest at 12.

What Is ForesightCRM?

ForesightCRM is an acquisitions platform for wholesalers and foreclosure investors. Every plan includes the power dialer, SMS cadences with compliance guardrails, and monthly skip trace credits, from $149 per month with a 14-day free trial and no onboarding fee. County foreclosure, probate, and lien filings are available across 3,300 plus counties, sold per county, with auction and redemption deadlines tracked on the lead itself.

We optimized for time to first call rather than ceiling. You sign up, turn on a county, and the filings that hit the register this morning are in a cadence this afternoon. There is no implementation project, because there is much less to implement.

Feature Comparison

8020CRM is stronger on platform: reporting depth, customization, portals, and natively integrated AI. ForesightCRM goes deeper on the foreclosure clock and on speed to value: no onboarding fee, no term commitment, and a trial. Their public site does not advertise auction-date or redemption-deadline workflows.

The foreclosure row is the whole reason this page exists. We searched their public marketing and pricing pages for pre-foreclosure, auction date, redemption period, probate, and tax-delinquent list types and did not find those products. Their RAIN OS setup guide does mention building a "foreclosure agent" as one prompt use case. What their public site does not advertise is a prebuilt county-filing feed, an auction-date field, or a redemption-deadline workflow. Because it is a customizable Salesforce org, a customer or admin could build one.

Pricing Breakdown

8020CRM's first year runs $8,864 on Solopreneur and $17,264 on Team Lite once the published onboarding fee is included. ForesightCRM's first year is $1,788 on Starter or $3,588 on Growth, with no onboarding fee and no term. The gap buys a platform, so the question is whether you will use it.

8020CRM, as of August 17, 2026

TierMonthlyOnboardingTerm and seats
Solopreneur$447$3,50024 months, 1 license, extra users $150 (max 2)
Team Lite$897$6,50024 months, 4 licenses, extra users $125
Pro$1,497Quoted by scope12 months, 4 licenses, extra users $150

Marketing Cloud is bundled on Pro and a $899 per month add-on on the two lower tiers. RAIN OS AI agents are included on Team Lite and Pro, and sold standalone at $197 per month for other Salesforce orgs, with additional voice or chat agents at $50 each and phone numbers at $5 each per month.

ForesightCRM

PlanMonthlyIncludes
Starter$1492 seats, 1 number, 500 min, 500 SMS, dialer, 100 skip credits
Growth$2995 seats, 5 numbers, 2,000 min, 2,000 SMS, scoring, auction and redemption tracking, marketplace, 1,000 credits
Enterprise$59915 seats, 15 numbers, 5,000 min, 5,000 SMS, white-label marketplace, 2,500 credits
The honest math: a four-person team on Team Lite pays $6,500 up front plus $897 monthly, which is $17,264 in year one on a 24-month term. The same team on Foresight Growth pays $3,588 in year one with five seats, no onboarding fee, and no commitment. The difference is roughly $13,700, and what it buys is Salesforce: the reporting engine, the customization ceiling, Experience Cloud portals, and included DocuSign licenses. That is a real product, not a markup. It is just a different purchase.

Who Is 8020CRM Best For?

8020CRM fits established investment operations that want enterprise infrastructure and will actually use it: custom objects and reporting across acquisitions, dispositions and transactions, Experience Cloud portals for buyers, QuickBooks-synced financials, and AI agents wired directly into Salesforce automation.
  • You want the Salesforce ceiling and have or will get admin capability
  • Reporting depth is a real requirement, not a nice-to-have
  • You want dispo portals on a real platform, included at every tier
  • Financial tracking and QuickBooks sync matter to how you run
  • You want AI that can trigger your own automations during a live call

One diligence note, stated neutrally: their GetApp listing showed zero reviews as of August 17, 2026, and Capterra, G2, and Software Advice all blocked automated access, so we could not verify ratings there. Their site carries two named written testimonials and one video. That is thin third-party evidence either way, so lean on the demo and on reference calls rather than on review scores.

Who Is ForesightCRM Best For?

ForesightCRM fits teams who want to be calling distressed owners this week, not after an implementation project: county filings, skip tracing, a dialer in every plan, and auction and redemption clocks on the record, month to month.
  • No onboarding fee and no term commitment
  • Power dialer included for human callers, in every plan
  • Auction and redemption tracking from Growth
  • County foreclosure, probate, and lien feeds, sold per county
  • 14-day trial so you can test it on your own leads first

Not in the box:

  • Salesforce-grade customization and reporting: not our architecture (their clear advantage)
  • QuickBooks sync and financial tracking: not offered
  • Included DocuSign licenses: our contract library is an add-on
  • Public API: Enterprise plan

The Honest Verdict

8020CRM is a platform purchase with an implementation attached. ForesightCRM is a tool purchase you can start today. If your operation is big enough that reporting and customization are the constraint, they are worth the money. If the constraint is working county filings against an auction or redemption date, that clock is the thing their public site does not advertise.

Choose 8020CRM if...

  • You want the Salesforce platform underneath
  • Custom reporting across departments is required
  • You need buyer portals and financial tracking
  • You have admin capability or will hire it
  • A 12 to 24 month commitment is acceptable

Choose ForesightCRM if...

  • Foreclosure and probate timing drives your deals
  • You want to start without an onboarding fee
  • Your team needs a dialer today, not after setup
  • Month to month matters more than a ceiling
  • Auction and redemption deadlines decide outcomes

The Bottom Line

Buying software on a 24-month term with a $6,500 setup fee is a bet that you know exactly what you need for two years.

Some operations do know, and for them 8020CRM is a serious, well-built answer with a ceiling we cannot match. Their list building, skip tracing, and Salesforce CRM will help you run most of the motion. What their public site does not advertise is the clock: county filings worked against an auction or redemption date. If that is the part deciding your deals, start the 14-day trial instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does 8020CRM cost?

As of August 17, 2026, 8020CRM publishes Solopreneur at $447 per month, Team Lite at $897, and Pro at $1,497, each with a separate onboarding fee: $3,500 for Solopreneur, $6,500 for Team Lite, and a white-glove fee quoted by scope for Pro. Solopreneur and Team Lite are listed as valid for 24 months; Pro is listed as valid for 12 months.

Do you need to buy Salesforce separately for 8020CRM?

No. Salesforce Enterprise licenses are listed inside each plan: one on Solopreneur, four on Team Lite and Pro. As of August 17, 2026, additional users are $150 per month on Solopreneur and Pro, and $125 per month on Team Lite.

Does 8020CRM handle foreclosure or probate leads?

8020CRM advertises a nationwide list builder with county and MLS data, single and bulk skip tracing, and comps. Its public site does not advertise a prebuilt foreclosure, auction-date, redemption-period, probate, or tax-delinquent workflow, though its RAIN OS guide does mention building a foreclosure agent as a prompt use case. Because it is a customizable Salesforce org, a customer or admin could build one.

Is there a free trial of 8020CRM?

8020CRM does not advertise a free trial on any of its three CRM tiers. Their standalone AI product, RAIN OS, advertises a 7-day free trial at $197 per month. ForesightCRM offers a 14-day free trial with no onboarding fee.

Which is better for a high-volume team?

If you want enterprise reporting, deep customization, and AI agents wired natively into Salesforce Flows and Apex, 8020CRM is a serious platform and that ceiling is real. If your volume comes from foreclosure and probate filings worked against deadlines, Foresight is built for that specific motion at a fraction of the entry cost.
