You are choosing between two platforms that list the exact same prices. REsimpli's plans are $149, $299, and $599 per month. So are ForesightCRM's. That is not a coincidence, and it makes the real question sharper: what does each platform actually include at those numbers, and what shows up later as an add-on?
I run a wholesale operation, so I will keep this honest. REsimpli is a good product with real strengths, and I will name them plainly. But if your acquisitions run on foreclosure lists, cold calls, and texting, the two platforms are built around different assumptions, and the bill at the end of the month is not the same.
All pricing below is as of August 16, 2026, from each company's public pricing page: REsimpli's and ours.
What Is REsimpli?
REsimpli's pitch is consolidation: phone, texting, mail, websites, and bookkeeping in one bill. The accounting suite is genuinely strong. Connect your bank, auto-import transactions, tag them to properties and campaigns, and get real ledgers and per-channel marketing ROI. Their own line is "say goodbye to QuickBooks," and for a lot of operators that lands.
Reviewers back this up. REsimpli holds a 4.9 out of 5 on G2 with 390+ reviews and a 4.8 on Capterra as of August 2026. Recent reviews praise the fast setup, the all-in-one consolidation, and responsive onboarding. The recurring complaints: usage charges add up on top of the subscription, support wait times have stretched this year, and the analytics and comps depth is thin for data-first investors.
One more thing to know: REsimpli has announced a 6.0 release (open API, bulk actions, multiple pipelines, a triple-line dialer) expected mid-August 2026. As of August 16, 2026 it has not appeared in their public release notes, and no API documentation is published. If you are evaluating on those features, verify they shipped.
What Is ForesightCRM?
I built Foresight because my own team needed it. We were working foreclosure lists at 7pm and losing deals to whoever called first. So the platform starts where our day starts: fresh county filings show up, get skip traced and verified, get scored on motivation and equity, and land in a cadence the same day. You just talk to the sellers who are ready.

The Foreclosure Intelligence card on a live lead: the auction clock, notice details, and servicer info sit on the record itself. This screenshot is from our own acquisitions pipeline.
The AI is two flat agents, not ten line items. The AI Voice Agent is $299 per month with 500 talk minutes included. The AI SMS Agent is $149 per month. Each one covers what other platforms split into multiple $299 to $399 add-ons, and when a human replies to a thread, the AI holds off. Sellers can tell when they are talking to a bot that will not let go, and that costs trust you do not get back.

Where REsimpli is stronger, it is honestly stronger: if you need bookkeeping, mail campaigns, and a D4D app in one subscription, that is their lane. Where Foresight is stronger is the acquisition engine itself: fresher niche data, the foreclosure timeline treated as a first-class workflow instead of a list filter, and an AI bill that stops at two flat agents.

The dialer, cadences, and skip trace credits (100, 1,000, or 2,500 per month by tier) are in the plan price, and billing is monthly. The optional AI team is two flat agents: the AI Voice Agent at $299 per month with 500 talk minutes included, and the AI SMS Agent at $149 per month. Overage pricing is posted: skip traces $0.12 per record after your credits, AI calling $0.50 per minute beyond the included bucket.
In every Foresight plan:
- Power dialer with recording and smart deduplication
- SMS cadences with quiet hours, DNC handling, and a consent audit trail
- Skip trace credits every month (100 to 2,500 by tier, then $0.12 each)
- Lead pipeline and deal management for the whole team
- True monthly billing, cancel anytime, 14-day free trial
Sold separately or not offered, so you can budget honestly:
- AI Voice Agent ($299/mo) and AI SMS Agent ($149/mo): optional flat add-ons
- County data feeds: sold per county, switch on only the counties you work
- Lead scoring, auction and redemption tracking, buyer marketplace: Growth and Enterprise plans
- Built-in accounting, direct mail, driving for dollars: not offered today (REsimpli wins these)
Run your own numbers: set your team size and AI usage and both bills recalculate from each company's public pricing.
Who Is REsimpli Best For?
If your operation leans on mail campaigns and you want your P&L living next to your pipeline, REsimpli earns its rating. The 4.9 on G2 is not an accident. Its weaknesses are the flip side of its width: the AI is expensive because it is modular, per-text and per-minute charges stack on the subscription, and reviewers this year have flagged slower support and shallow analytics.
Who Is ForesightCRM Best For?
Foresight is narrower on purpose. There is no bookkeeping module and no direct mail in the plans today. What you get instead is an acquisitions engine: filings land daily from your subscribed counties, leads arrive with verified numbers (scored from Growth up), cadences fire the same day, and dispo runs through a buyer marketplace with buy-box matching. Teams that live on the phone keep the bill predictable here: monthly billing, posted overage rates, and an AI line that stops at two flat agents. One honest note the other way: if you skip trace tens of thousands of records a month, REsimpli's included buckets are far larger than ours.

The Honest Verdict
Choose REsimpli if...
- Built-in accounting and per-channel ROI would replace QuickBooks for you
- Direct mail with NCOA cleaning is a core marketing channel
- You want included seller and buyer SEO websites
- Your team drives for dollars and needs the mobile app
- Yearly billing for the lower advertised price is fine
Choose ForesightCRM if...
- Your pipeline runs on foreclosure, probate, and lien data
- Auction dates and redemption deadlines drive your timing
- You want two flat AI agents, not ten separate subscriptions
- Your deals run on foreclosure timelines, not mass list blasts
- You want monthly billing and a 14-day free trial
The Bottom Line
You are not picking a logo. You are picking which part of your business gets the leverage.
REsimpli consolidates the back office and does it well. Foresight compounds the front of the funnel: see the filing the day it lands, reach the seller before the competition does, and keep the AI and dialer costs flat while you scale the volume.
If that is the business you are building, start the 14-day free trial. A card starts it, nothing is charged today, billing is month to month, and you can switch on your first county (counties are sold individually) the same day.
