REsimpli 6.0 vs Foresight CRM: New Pricing, AI, and Features

REsimpli 6.0 launched September 12 with new plans and 136 new features. What changed, what its AI really costs, and how it compares to Foresight CRM.

The job this page is about: re-pricing your CRM after a big release. Illustrative scene, not a ForesightCRM screenshot; real ones are further down.

TL;DR

REsimpli 6.0 went live September 12, 2026, rebuilt with up to 20 pipelines, a triple-line dialer, automations, and an open API. Plans cost $299, $899, or $2,199 a month ($249, $699, or $1,799 billed yearly). AI is extra: $99 to $399 per agent or $599 to $1,299 per bundle, plus $0.50 per AI minute. ForesightCRM costs $149, $299, or $799 a month and sells AI as two flat agents for $496. REsimpli is wider. Foresight costs less and goes deeper on foreclosures.

REsimpli 6.0 is a ground-up rebuild: a new platform, a new price list, and AI sold as a menu of eleven agents. If you run acquisitions on REsimpli, or you are shopping for a CRM this fall, comparisons written before September 12 are out of date. Ours included.

I run a wholesale operation and I built ForesightCRM, so one side of this comparison is mine. I sat in on all four REsimpli launch webinars, but every REsimpli fact below comes from their public pricing page, 6.0 feature list, or help center, checked October 10, 2026, and linked. I name REsimpli's strengths plainly and flag what is announced but not shipped.

What Is REsimpli 6.0?

REsimpli 6.0, which the company calls "The New REsimpli," is a ground-up rebuild of the REsimpli CRM for real estate investors. It went live on September 12, 2026, after four launch webinars. It adds up to 20 pipelines, a triple-line dialer across the app, an automation builder, 22 new dashboards, accounting upgrades, and an open API, with new plans from $299 to $2,199 a month.

REsimpli's changelog calls 6.0 "rebuilt from the grounds-up," and its feature page counts 136 new features. It is a real step forward for REsimpli customers: pipelines by strategy, a dialer inside List Stacking, branching automations, and a 30-day risk-adjusted cash forecast.

What's New in REsimpli 6.0, and What Is Still Coming

REsimpli 6.0 shipped multiple pipelines, the triple-line dialer, an automation builder, a central inbox, eleven paid AI agents, new dashboards, and an open API. REsimpli also lists work still to come: its Autonomous AI lead manager, AI calling inside List Stacking, dispo AI agents, AI buyer follow-up, and API updates to existing records. Some older features, like ringless voicemail, were discontinued.

Here is the release by area, from REsimpli's own pages. "Coming" means listed as planned, so check the links before deciding on any one item.

If you are already on REsimpli

Existing customers keep their current plan, get 6.0, and can choose the new pricing, per REsimpli's pricing FAQ. Its migration article adds that drip campaigns came across as Automations "switched off," so you re-enroll leads yourself, and that integrations, webhooks, and Zapier connections need reconnecting. That is normal for a full rebuild, and a natural time to re-check your follow-up.

REsimpli 6.0 Pricing and What AI Really Costs

REsimpli 6.0 costs $299, $899, or $2,199 a month, or $249, $699, or $1,799 a month billed yearly, for 1, 5, or 15 users. Standard calling and texting are unlimited under fair use. AI is separate: eleven agents at $99 to $399 a month, or bundles at $599 to $1,299, plus $0.50 per AI calling minute. ForesightCRM costs $149, $299, or $799 a month.

Read that table both ways. Foresight's plans cost a third to half of REsimpli's, but REsimpli's include far more usage: unlimited standard calls and texts and 20 to 100 times the skip trace credits. Our CRM pricing breakdown shows a busy five-person month where REsimpli Team comes out cheaper, partly because the Foresight column also pays for three counties of foreclosure data.

The AI line

REsimpli's AI agents cost the same on every plan:

  • $399 a month each: Inbound Sales Coordinator, Voice Follow-Up Specialist, Speed-to-Lead Specialist
  • $299: SMS Conversation Specialist
  • $199 each: Deal Intelligence, Contact Intelligence, SMS Assist, Comp AI
  • $99 each: Lead Scorer, Call Review Coach, Seller Appointment Coach
  • Bundles: AI Copilot $599, Lead Manager $999, Full AI Team $1,299 a month ($499, $899, and $1,099 on yearly selection)

AI calling adds $0.50 a minute, and AI texting has no separate charge. Foresight sells two flat agents: the AI Voice Agent at $299 a month with 500 talk minutes included, then $0.50 a minute, and the AI SMS Agent at $197. Both together are $496.

The closest REsimpli match to those two agents is its Lead Manager bundle, which covers all four of its seller-facing agents. Here is a five-person team that wants AI calling and texting its sellers:

ForesightCRM, monthly$1,045

Estimates, not quotes. Foresight includes 500 AI minutes, so 500 are billed at $0.50; REsimpli bills every AI minute at $0.50. REsimpli's bundle also includes an inbound call answering agent Foresight does not sell. Foresight's AI texts count toward Growth's 2,000 texts; REsimpli's standard calls and texts are unlimited under fair use. Excludes county data, extra skip tracing, taxes, and carrier fees.

The math: $2,398 a month on REsimpli ($2,098 on yearly selection) against $1,045 on Foresight, a gap of $1,053 to $1,353 a month before you weigh what each plan includes.

Two honest caveats. REsimpli's bundle covers one job Foresight does not sell today: an AI that answers your inbound calls. And Foresight's AI texts draw from your plan's text allowance, so heavy AI texting needs a texting pack.

Your numbers will differ, so run them:

Where REsimpli 6.0 Is Stronger

REsimpli 6.0 is the wider platform. It includes unlimited standard calling and texting under fair use, a triple-line dialer, up to 20 pipelines, 10,000 or more skip traces a month, accounting with bank sync, direct mail, seller and buyer websites, iOS and Android apps, and Gmail and Outlook connections. ForesightCRM does not offer most of those today.

If those matter to you, REsimpli 6.0 is a serious choice. Pick the right tool, not the one I built.

  • High-volume calling. The triple-line dialer puts three lines to work at once with unlimited standard minutes. Foresight dials one line per rep from plan buckets. REsimpli does limit each contact to three dials a day and enforces calling hours, per its dialer article.
  • Many strategies in one account. Twenty pipelines run wholesale, land, novation, and rentals side by side. Foresight has one pipeline with custom stages.
  • Skip trace volume. 10,000 to 50,000 credits a month, against Foresight's 100 to 2,500.
  • The back office. REsimpli's accounting, direct mail, and included websites have no Foresight equivalent today.
  • Field and mobile. Native apps and a driving for dollars app beat our installable web app.

Users rate it well, too: G2's listing shows 4.9 out of 5 from 401 reviews as of October 10, 2026.

Where Foresight CRM Is Stronger

ForesightCRM costs less at every seat count, sells AI as two flat agents instead of eleven, and is built around foreclosure deadlines. A five-seat team pays $299 a month on Foresight Growth against $899 on REsimpli Team. Auction countdowns, comps, lead scoring, and buyer matching are included, and Foresight's API can already update leads.

I built Foresight because my team was losing foreclosure deals to whoever called first.

Foreclosure data with the clock attached. Foresight Data delivers foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and tax-delinquent records daily from attorney, trustee, and county sources, with owner phones and mailing addresses on every traceable record. Every lead shows an auction countdown. North Carolina's 10-day upset bid period is tracked automatically, and redemption clocks in states like Michigan and Minnesota start when you confirm a sale. None of REsimpli's pages we checked advertises redemption tracking. More in the best CRM for foreclosure leads.

AI that stops at two line items. The AI Voice Agent calls new leads after your team gets first shot, qualifies sellers on outbound campaigns, detects voicemail, and live-transfers hot leads. The AI SMS Agent answers seller texts, books appointments, and learns nightly from your own account's booked conversations.

REsimpli a la carte is its Voice Follow-Up Specialist ($399), Speed-to-Lead Specialist ($399), and SMS Conversation Specialist ($299). The Lead Manager bundle adds an agent that answers inbound calls, which Foresight does not sell. Foresight's voice agent includes 500 minutes; REsimpli bills every AI minute at $0.50.

Analysis tools included, not sold as agents. Deal Analyst runs comps, ARV, and offer strategies on every plan, where REsimpli's Comp AI is $199 a month. Lead scoring is included, where REsimpli's Lead Scorer is $99.

An API that can write. Foresight's REST API can update a lead, assign it, tag it, add notes, and enroll it in or pause a cadence. REsimpli's API article says its API can create, read, and delete at launch, with updates planned. In fairness, REsimpli includes its API on every plan, and ours is listed on Enterprise.

Buyer matching today. Foresight matches deals to buyers on their buy box on every plan. REsimpli 6.0 has buyer pipelines and blasts, and lists dispo AI agents and AI buyer follow-up as coming next.

Which Should You Choose?

Choose REsimpli 6.0 if you want one subscription for accounting, direct mail, websites, a triple-line dialer, and unlimited standard calling. Choose ForesightCRM if foreclosure data and deadlines drive your deals and you want lower plan prices and AI at a flat $496 a month. Run a real list through both trials before you commit to a yearly term.

Choose REsimpli 6.0 if...

  • Built-in accounting with bank sync would replace your bookkeeping tool
  • Direct mail is a core channel
  • Your team dials at high volume and wants three lines at once
  • You run several strategies that each need their own pipeline
  • You need native mobile apps and driving for dollars in the field

Choose ForesightCRM if...

  • Foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and tax-delinquent filings feed your pipeline
  • Auction dates and redemption windows set your timing
  • You want two flat AI agents, not a menu of eleven
  • You want comps, lead scoring, and buyer matching without add-ons
  • You want lower plan prices at every seat count

REsimpli 6.0 is a real upgrade and the stronger product for back-office-heavy operations. Foresight bets your money is made in acquisitions.
