Foresight CRM vs FreedomSoft: Which Investor CRM Fits Your Deals?

FreedomSoft is a long-standing all-in-one investor CRM with generous seats. Foresight is foreclosure-first with the dialer included. Full comparison.

One system replacing five. Illustrative scene, not a ForesightCRM screenshot; the real one is further down.

TL;DR

FreedomSoft is an established all-in-one investor CRM: lists, direct mail, websites, comps, dispo tooling, and generous seat counts starting at $197 per month for up to 6 users. ForesightCRM is built foreclosure-first: county filings, auction and redemption clocks, and a power dialer in every plan from $149. FreedomSoft is broader. Foresight is deeper where the deadline matters.

FreedomSoft has been around longer than most tools in this category, and it shows in the surface area: lists, mail, websites, comps, rehab estimates, dispo, team permissions. If you want one login for the whole business, that is a real pitch.

I run a wholesale operation, and I built Foresight for a narrower job: deals with a clock on them. So this comparison is less about which product has more features and more about which shape fits how you buy.

All pricing below is from each company's public pages as of August 17, 2026: FreedomSoft's pricing and ours. Both companies publish prices without a demo, which is worth something on its own.

What Is FreedomSoft?

FreedomSoft calls itself "The All-In-One Real Estate Investor CRM Built For Simplicity and Scale." It bundles lead management, list building on 210 million plus properties, skip tracing, a phone system, two-way SMS, direct mail, seller and buyer websites, comps and repair estimates, contracts with e-signature, workflow automation, and dispositions tooling. Plans start at $197 per month for up to 6 users.

Their strengths are easy to name. Seat counts are generous: 6 users on the entry plan, 8 on the middle, 12 on the top, with extras at $27. Team permissions are granular enough to control what each person can see, edit, or delete. And their dispositions module is deep, with a Top Buyer Finder that ranks the most active buyers in a market, a Buyer Match tool with a customizable buy box, buyer-facing SEO websites, and e-signature built in.

One thing to know before you buy: there is no free trial. Their pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you pay first and ask for a refund inside the window. Reviewers also raise billing and cancellation friction more than any other theme, so read the cancellation terms before you sign. Their iOS app is rated 3.5 out of 5 from 32 ratings as of August 17, 2026.

To be fair on the other side: praise for named support reps shows up just as consistently as the complaints. Support experience there appears genuinely split rather than uniformly bad.

What Is ForesightCRM?

ForesightCRM is an acquisitions platform for wholesalers and foreclosure investors. Every plan includes the power dialer, SMS cadences with compliance guardrails, and monthly skip trace credits, billed month to month with a 14-day free trial. County foreclosure, probate, and lien filings are available across 3,300 plus counties, sold per county, with auction and redemption deadlines tracked on the lead itself.

The product is organized around a question FreedomSoft does not try to answer: how many days do you have? Filings land daily, get skip traced, and get routed into a cadence, with the auction clock visible on the record. When a human replies to a text thread, the AI stands down.

Feature Comparison

FreedomSoft covers more of the business: direct mail, websites, rehab estimates, and a mature dispo suite. ForesightCRM covers the foreclosure timeline and outbound calling that FreedomSoft does not advertise: auction dates, redemption periods, probate, and a power dialer in every plan.

Two rows carry most of the decision.

Seats. FreedomSoft is more generous at the entry level, and it is not close. Six users for $197 beats two seats for $149 plus $25 each. A six-person team pays them $197 and pays us $249. If headcount is your cost driver and the foreclosure clock is not, that math favors them.

The clock. FreedomSoft advertises pre-foreclosure as a distress flag on a property. What their public site does not advertise anywhere is an auction date, a state redemption period, or probate. Those are the fields our product is organized around. If you buy at auction or work redemption windows, that gap is the whole story.

Pricing Breakdown: What You'll Actually Pay

FreedomSoft runs $197, $297, and $797 per month with 6, 8, and 12 users, discounted to $147, $247, and $597 annually, and sells AI agents separately at $297 each. ForesightCRM runs $149, $299, and $599 with 2, 5, and 15 seats plus $25 extra seats, with AI as two flat add-ons at $299 and $149.

FreedomSoft, as of August 17, 2026

PlanMonthlyIncludes
Start$197 ($147 annual)Up to 6 users, 3 websites, 3,000 lead downloads/mo
Grow$297 ($247 annual)Up to 8 users, 6 websites, 6,000 downloads, Zapier
Scale$797 ($597 annual)12 users, 12,000 downloads, account manager

Usage is separate on both sides of this comparison: FreedomSoft lists SMS at $0.04, AI voice at $0.35 per minute, skip tracing from $0.12 per credit, postcards from $0.79, and phone numbers at $3.95 per month. Their AI Voice Agents are a separate subscription at $297 per agent, with an AI Acquire bundle shown at a promotional $597 per month plus a promotional $997 activation fee. Treat those promotional numbers as promotional.

ForesightCRM

PlanMonthlyIncludes
Starter$1492 seats, 1 number, 500 min, 500 SMS, dialer, 100 skip credits
Growth$2995 seats, 5 numbers, 2,000 min, 2,000 SMS, scoring, auction and redemption tracking, marketplace, 1,000 credits
Enterprise$59915 seats, 15 numbers, 5,000 min, 5,000 SMS, white-label marketplace, 2,500 credits

Extra seats are $25 per month on any plan.

The honest math: a six-person team with no AI pays FreedomSoft $197 and Foresight $249, so FreedomSoft wins on seats. Add one AI agent each and it flips: FreedomSoft is $197 plus $297, or $494, while Foresight Growth with the AI Voice Agent is $299 plus $299, or $598 with five seats and the dialer included. The real variable is not the sticker. It is whether your team needs a power dialer and a foreclosure clock, because only one of these two ships those.

Who Is FreedomSoft Best For?

FreedomSoft fits investor teams who want one login for the entire business and value seat count over specialization: list building, direct mail campaigns, seller and buyer websites, comps and repair estimates, contracts, and a mature dispositions suite, all under one subscription with 6 to 12 users included.

If you run direct mail as a primary channel, publish your own buyer sites, and want the rehab math in the same tool, that breadth is real and we do not match it. Just go in knowing there is no free trial, so your evaluation happens after you have paid, inside a 30-day refund window.

Who Is ForesightCRM Best For?

ForesightCRM fits teams whose deals have deadlines and whose channel is the phone: county foreclosure, probate, and lien filings, auction and redemption clocks on the record, a power dialer in every plan, compliant cold texting, and AI that answers replies and stands down for humans.

In every plan:

  • Power dialer, no separate subscription or upgrade
  • Cold SMS cadences with quiet hours, DNC screening, consent audit trail
  • Skip trace credits monthly, then $0.07 per credit; family uses up to 2
  • 14-day free trial, card starts it, nothing charged until it ends

Sold separately or not offered:

  • AI Voice ($299) and AI SMS ($149): optional flat add-ons
  • County data feeds: sold per county
  • Auction and redemption tracking, scoring, marketplace: Growth and Enterprise
  • Direct mail, websites, comps, rehab estimates: not offered (FreedomSoft has all four)

The Honest Verdict

FreedomSoft is the broader product and the better value on seats. ForesightCRM is the better product if your deals run on a clock and your team lives on the phone. Neither statement is close enough to argue about, which makes this an unusually clean decision.

Choose FreedomSoft if...

  • You need 6 or more seats at the lowest price
  • Direct mail is a primary marketing channel
  • You want seller and buyer websites included
  • Comps and repair estimates matter to your underwriting
  • Dispo websites and buyer matching are the core of your business

Choose ForesightCRM if...

  • Auction dates and redemption windows drive your deals
  • Your team dials every day and needs a power dialer
  • You want to try before paying, not after
  • You need compliant cold texting at volume
  • You want AI that answers replies and pauses for humans

The Bottom Line

Breadth is worth paying for right up until the moment a deadline decides your deal.

FreedomSoft will run more of your business than we will. We will run the part where a house sells at auction in 19 days and nobody on your team knew. If that sentence describes a deal you have already lost, start the 14-day trial and put a real county feed behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does FreedomSoft have a free trial?

No. As of August 17, 2026, FreedomSoft's pricing page advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee rather than a free trial, so you pay first and request a refund inside that window. ForesightCRM offers a 14-day free trial where a card starts the trial and nothing is charged until it ends.

How much does FreedomSoft cost?

As of August 17, 2026, FreedomSoft lists Start at $197 per month, Grow at $297, and Scale at $797, with annual rates of $147, $247, and $597. Seats are generous: up to 6, up to 8, and 12 included, with additional users at $27 per month. AI Voice Agents are a separate subscription listed at $297 per month per agent.

Does FreedomSoft track foreclosure auction dates?

FreedomSoft advertises pre-foreclosure as one of its eight pre-built off-market lists, but it does not advertise auction dates or state redemption periods anywhere on its public site. ForesightCRM tracks auction dates from the Growth plan and adds redemption deadline tracking, currently covering North and South Carolina.

Does FreedomSoft include a power dialer?

FreedomSoft does not advertise a multi-line or power dialer. Its phone system page describes making, receiving, and recording calls from the desktop CRM, mobile app, or your cell phone, with call routing and round robins. ForesightCRM includes its power dialer in every plan.

Which one is better for dispositions?

FreedomSoft's dispo tooling is genuinely strong: a Top Buyer Finder, a Buyer Match tool with a customizable buy box, buyer-facing SEO websites, and built-in e-signature. ForesightCRM runs dispo through a buyer marketplace with buy-box matching from the Growth plan. If dispo websites you publish yourself matter most, FreedomSoft has the edge there.
