Foresight CRM vs Closer Control: Coaching Bundle or Data Engine?

Closer Control bundles a configured CRM with coaching, community, and a done-for-you site. Foresight brings the lead data. An honest comparison.

Where the lead comes from decides a lot. Illustrative scene, not a ForesightCRM screenshot; the real one is further down.

TL;DR

As of August 17, 2026, Closer Control lists Standard at $297 per month plus a $2,500 onboarding fee, Value at $4,497 per year, and AI Maximum at $6,497 per year, bundling a configured CRM with onboarding, daily training, weekly coaching, a community, and a website. ForesightCRM plans start at $149 per month with skip tracing and a power dialer included; auction and NC/SC redemption tracking begins on Growth at $299.

If you are comparing these two, you are probably deciding something bigger than software: whether you want a system handed to you configured, with people to call when you are stuck, or whether you want the machine that finds and works the leads.

Closer Control is honest about being the first thing. That is not a knock, it is their pitch, and for a certain operator it is the right purchase.

All pricing below is from public pages as of August 17, 2026: Closer Control's pricing and ours.

What Is Closer Control?

Closer Control describes itself as a "CRM founded by Investors for Investors" and "Built by Wholesalers, for Wholesalers." Founded in October 2024, it bundles a configured wholesaling CRM with AI seller conversation bots, 64 prebuilt seller campaigns, one-click contracts, and a done-for-you website, alongside a 250-plus member community, daily CRM training calls, and Monday sales coaching.

The bundle is the product, and it is worth taking seriously. Their Standard plan lists unlimited users, nine hours a day of support, Monday through Friday CRM training calls, weekly sales coaching, a done-for-you custom website with no extra charge for additional sites or funnels, and a 250-plus member wholesale community. The $2,500 setup fee buys a one-to-one onboarding call and complete CRM configuration: follow-up flows, lead stages, drip campaigns, and preloaded AI templates.

If you have ever bought a CRM, used 8 percent of it, and quietly stopped logging in, you understand why somebody would pay for that.

Their AI is SMS-first and specific: two AI seller conversation bots on Standard, ten on AI Maximum, plus an AI inbound seller call agent, an AI notetaker, AI lead scoring, and AI comping at $0.35 each.

What Is ForesightCRM?

ForesightCRM is an acquisitions platform for wholesalers and foreclosure investors. Every plan includes the power dialer, SMS cadences with compliance guardrails, and monthly skip trace credits, from $149 per month with a 14-day free trial. County foreclosure, probate, and lien filings are available across 3,300 plus counties, sold per county, with auction and redemption deadlines tracked on the lead itself.

Where we put our effort is upstream of the CRM. Closer Control's own blog frames their focus this way: "Direct mail, cold calling, driving for dollars, PropStream lists, referrals, the channel doesn't matter. What matters is what happens the moment the lead enters your system."

That is a reasonable philosophy. Ours weights the other side: what happens before the lead enters your system is most of the job. Which county filed today, who owns it, what their phone number is, and how many days until the auction.

One note on scope, because we would rather be precise than clever. Closer Control's pricing page lists a feature called "County Record Signal Sniping Technology," and as of August 17, 2026 no public description explains what data, counties, or workflows it covers. We are not going to characterize it either way. If you are evaluating them, ask about it directly on the demo.

Feature Comparison

Closer Control wins on onboarding, training, community, unlimited seats, and prebuilt campaigns. ForesightCRM's strengths are skip tracing, county foreclosure feeds, a power dialer, and auction and redemption deadline tracking, which Closer Control's public materials do not advertise.

The county-data row above reads "not advertised as a data feed," and that phrasing is deliberate: their pricing page does list "County Record Signal Sniping Technology" without publishing what it covers. Treat that row as a question for their demo, not as a settled answer.

Pricing Breakdown

Closer Control's monthly plan is $297 plus a $2,500 one-time onboarding fee, which makes year one $6,064. Their annual plans skip the setup fee at $4,497 and $6,497. ForesightCRM's Growth plan is $299 per month with no setup fee, and the AI SMS Agent adds $149. What each dollar buys is different: theirs includes people, ours includes data.

Closer Control, as of August 17, 2026

Published usage rates listed alongside AI Maximum: outbound calls $0.021 per minute, inbound $0.0128, SMS $0.0124 per segment, email $0.001, AI comping $0.35 each. Their FAQ says plans are month to month unless you choose annual, and that you can cancel anytime.

Growth$2995 seats, 5 numbers, 2,000 min, 2,000 SMS, scoring, auction and redemption tracking, marketplace, 1,000 credits
Enterprise$59915 seats, 15 numbers, 5,000 min, 5,000 SMS, white-label marketplace, 2,500 credits
The honest math: year one on their Standard plan is $6,064, and that includes AI SMS bots, a built website, onboarding, daily training, and coaching. Year one on Foresight Growth plus the AI SMS Agent is $5,376, and that includes skip trace credits, the dialer, and auction and redemption tracking, but no coaching and no website. County data is extra on our side, sold per county. These are close enough in price that the decision should be about what you are missing, not what you are spending.

Who Is Closer Control Best For?

Closer Control fits operators who already have lead flow and want the execution layer configured for them, with people attached: onboarding done one to one, daily training, weekly coaching, a peer community, unlimited seats, and a website built for you. If you have bought software before and never finished setting it up, that bundle is the point.

Real strengths, stated plainly:

  • Unlimited users on every tier, which is genuinely aggressive pricing for a growing team
  • Setup done for you: flows, stages, drip campaigns, AI templates preloaded
  • 64 prebuilt seller campaigns, so you are not writing sequences from scratch
  • Training and coaching included, daily and weekly, not an upsell
  • Done-for-you website with no extra charge for more sites or funnels

Two practical notes for your diligence. They do not advertise a free trial, and independent review coverage is thin: we could not find a G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, or BBB profile, and the only public third-party rating we located is a single 5.0 review on Whop. That is not evidence of a problem, it just means you should lean on the demo and on talking to their named testimonial customers rather than on aggregate review scores.

Who Is ForesightCRM Best For?

ForesightCRM fits teams whose problem is upstream: they need the leads themselves, the phone numbers behind them, and a clock on the ones that are about to be sold at auction. If you already know how to run a follow-up process and just need better raw material, this is the other half.
  • County foreclosure, probate, and lien filings across 3,300+ counties, sold per county
  • Skip trace credits in every plan, then $0.07 per credit; family uses up to 2
  • Power dialer included, no separate tool to integrate
  • Auction and redemption clocks on the lead record from Growth
  • 14-day free trial, month to month, no setup fee

Not in the box:

  • Coaching, community, and training calls: not offered (their real advantage)
  • Done-for-you websites and funnels: not offered
  • Unlimited seats: ours are 2 to 15 by plan, extras at $25 per month
  • AI Voice ($299) and AI SMS ($149): optional flat add-ons

The Honest Verdict

This is a category difference, not a quality ranking. Closer Control sells execution plus people, and its own blog names direct mail, cold calling, driving for dollars, PropStream lists, and referrals as the channels that feed it. ForesightCRM sells the sourcing and outreach engine and expects you to bring your own process. The right answer is whichever half you are actually missing.

Choose Closer Control if...

  • You already have lead flow and need execution
  • You want it configured for you, not DIY
  • Coaching and a peer community have value to you
  • You need many seats without per-seat cost
  • You want a website and funnels included

Choose ForesightCRM if...

  • Your bottleneck is finding distressed sellers
  • Auction and redemption deadlines drive your deals
  • You need skip tracing and a dialer in one place
  • You want to try it free before paying anything
  • You would rather spend the setup fee on data

The Bottom Line

Ask yourself what actually stops you on a Tuesday.

If the answer is "I have leads and no system," Closer Control built their whole bundle for that person, and the coaching is not filler. If the answer is "I have a system and not enough of the right leads," no amount of training fixes that, and the county feed does.

If it is the second one, start the 14-day trial and turn on a county.

All tiers list unlimited users, and their FAQ says plans are month to month unless you choose annual.

Does Closer Control include lead data or skip tracing?

Closer Control does not advertise skip tracing, list building, or a bundled property data set. Their own blog describes the platform as where leads land after you generate them elsewhere, naming direct mail, cold calling, driving for dollars, PropStream lists, and referrals as the channels that feed it. ForesightCRM includes skip trace credits in every plan and sells county foreclosure, probate, and lien feeds per county.

What does the $2,500 setup fee buy?

Per their FAQ, a one-to-one onboarding call, complete CRM configuration including follow-up flows, lead stages and drip campaigns, preloaded AI templates for SMS, email and lead scoring, and website setup where applicable. The annual plans list no onboarding fee.

Which has better AI?

They are different shapes. Closer Control advertises two AI seller conversation bots on Standard and ten on AI Maximum, plus an AI inbound seller call agent, AI lead scoring, and AI comping at $0.35 each. It does not advertise an outbound AI calling agent. ForesightCRM sells two flat agents: an AI Voice Agent at $299 per month that makes outbound calls with 500 minutes included, and an AI SMS Agent at $149 per month.

Does Closer Control track foreclosure auctions?

Closer Control does not advertise auction date tracking, redemption period tracking, or a foreclosure data feed as product features. Its feature list includes an item called County Record Signal Sniping Technology, but no public description of what that covers is published on their site as of August 17, 2026.
