What Is BatchLeads?
The data product is legitimately good, and reviewers agree: 4.7 out of 5 across 1,349 Trustpilot reviews, 4.7 on the App Store from 708 ratings, and 4.7 on Google Play. Their database updates daily with monthly vacancy checks straight from USPS servers, and their foreclosure filters are specific in the way that actually matters: Notice of Default, Notice of Sale, Active Auction, Tax Default, plus Vacant, Absentee, Tired Landlord, and High Equity.
The skip tracing deserves particular credit. It is included rather than billed per record, phone numbers and emails come with every plan, and skip traced records do not count against your export limits. That is a better deal than most of this category offers.
They also advertise CRM features, and they ship real ones: lead statuses including custom statuses, tags, notes, custom fields, and per-property activity history.
They also support sending that work elsewhere. From their wholesaler page, under a heading they titled "Nurture Leads":
"Export contacts to your CRM or BatchDialer for a seamless communications experience."
Their integrations page is titled "Sync seamlessly with leading CRM and Productivity Tools" and carries a category labeled CRM listing Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Pipedrive, Zoho, and more. So BatchLeads advertises its own CRM features while also making it easy to work the list in a specialized system instead. This page is about when that second path makes sense.
What Is ForesightCRM?
We do less than BatchLeads on the data side and much more on what happens after. A lead arrives, gets scored, enters a cadence, gets dialed by a human or an AI agent, and carries its auction clock the whole way.

Two rows carry the argument.
The dialer split. BatchLeads includes native click-to-dial in its core plans, so basic calling is covered. Their AI-Powered Preview Dialer is a $89 per month add-on, and multi-line predictive dialing lives in BatchDialer, a separate product at $95 to $199 per agent per month. So a team that wants multi-line dialing ends up with two subscriptions. Ours is one power dialer inside the plan.
The SMS split. BatchLeads does not advertise carrier-managed texting. You bring Twilio, Plivo, SignalWire, Telnyx, or Flowroute, pass an eligibility check, and handle 10DLC yourself. Their own terms add: "BatchLeads will not issue refunds based on connection rates, response rates, or if my SMS service provider cancels, revokes, or otherwise prohibits you from using their SMS service." If you have ever had a carrier shut off your campaign, you know why that sentence matters.

The Bottom Line
BatchLeads built an excellent front end for finding property, and they are honest enough to tell you the list belongs somewhere else afterward.
We are arguing about where somewhere else is. If your exported CSV currently lands in a spreadsheet, or in a CRM that has no idea what a notice of default means, that is the gap worth closing.
